There are not enough nice words to describe how great this place is. The manager, Chris, is awesome. He goes over and above to make sure you have what you need. Any problem that arises is quickly and efficiently handled by him which gives you one less worry. If the world had more people like Chris in it, it would definitely be a benefit. I highly recommend this place to anyone.

Chris, the onsite manager is awesome! You don't his level of customer service these days. He knows all of the customers and does a great job at managing the units. I always feel safe knowing my property is at this storage facility. Great service, great value, this is the best!

I have had a great experience with this storage facility. Chris the attendant in the front has been very helpful and has met all of the requests everytime I've had one. Very friendly and very personable. I have been storing here for 5 months now.

This business took advantage of an elderly relative of mine. They lied about pricing and lied about square-footage of the units. They measure the ouside of the entire builing and "average it out", which is false advertising. The younger manager on site had a snarky and unapologetic attitude and was extremely rude when confronted about this situation. They would not reduce price or releave the contract- they threatened to call the police instead. They received a poor Yelp review shorty after- which conveniently enough, a five star rating was generated the next day going against every issue addressed from their poor review... Funny... These are dishonest people that will lie and threaten to call the police on old women when they're confronted locally. Do not do business here.

At first this place started out great and the manager Chris seemed cool but than when we started asking him questions about the price and they he constantly changed everyday I talked to him and than there came the mice droppings! in our unit that we haven't even moved in to yet, and we asked if they were going to clean it out of our unit before we moved boxes in, he refused to take the blame and said there facility does not have mice and we probably brought them in!!! Haha we had no boxes in there at the time and the lady manager says you know we been getting a lot of complaints about mice and droppings! So after his rude demeanor and condescending attitude we asked for the owners number and he refused to give it to us saying he knows and heard about are kind of people, What ever that means! And that he only talks to the owner and nobody else haha this guy Chris is a joke and super unprofessional and Im not gonna waste a second more on him cause tomorrow there will be a made up 5 star review to counter this 0 star rating for this horrible establishment! Do yourselfs a favor and spend a little bit more money and go to a professional storage place.

Horrible experience! I started renting from them a couple months ago because of the good reviews and rates. About a month into my rental, I accessed my unit (which was ONLY storing clothing, boxes of paperwork, my children's childhood memories, common household items and a few small furniture items) and found all my stuff to be chewed up by rodents and completely covered in rodent feces and urine. They chewed things that should have never attracted them in the first place. The items that weren't destroyed by the chewing were destroyed by the urine. I threw out boxes upon boxes of clothes, pictures, and memories. I reported it to the office immediately and the woman basically said "oh bummer". I gave my proper 30 day notice and reported it again to the manager who echoed the "oh bummer" mentality. I went to retrieve the rest of my belongings today, only to find even MORE rodent destruction. The remaining items were so drenched in rodent urine and feces that I didn't even want to load it into my truck. I went to the office again to ask if there was a garbage I could put my damaged property in and was told I had to haul it off myself. I asked to have the owner call me because again I was told "there's nothing we can do" and was told there was no guarantee I would get a call because he's hard to get ahold of. I was then told I probably brought the rodents in with me when I moved my belongings in. I'm furious, I'm heartbroken, and I'm EXTREMELY disappointed in the lack of customer service and compassion by this business. I wouldn't want anyone to go through this!!

So I have used this storage facility a few different times since I have lived down here in rocklin and the first few times it was great but this last time I used it we reported 3 weeks into storing here that there were mice droppings on a few of of our belongings he assured us that they spray for mice and other rodents but he would make sure our units got checked by pest control he said we must have food or something in there that they are attracted to but we did not all of it was furniture pictures clothing and toys of my children so I New there was nothing in there that they would be attracted to a week or two later we went to pull something out of storage and opens the door and the smell was so bad with mouse droppings and urine that we could smell it before opening the door up all the way and when we did we noticed all our furniture clothing most of my kids toys and paper work was just saturated in droppings and urine we then checked all our other units and they were all the same way the manager Chris said they had no garbage for us to discard it in cause we did not want to put it in our vehicles but said we had to haul it out ourselfs we bacically for a year been paying all that money for what once was our belongings in new condition to paying to store garbage we cant ever use cause its all ruined so so far we have went threw everything to try and save as much as we can but the rest we have got to find a way to haul off and so its going to sit there till we can afford to move it which means our bill will be going up unless we want to keep paying on two units full of garbage out of 3 units we kept half of one thats all that was saveable I will admit that in one of our small units we did find a box or two of canned goods with dry beans and that could be why they were in our little unit but not why they were in our other two so we cleaned out the small unit and put all the other stuff that got ruined into the other units that had gotten ruined and will be figuring out how to pay to get it all hauled off and hope that the owner or manager will see how big the pest problems are here and fix it or at least have a dumpster that people can put all there ruined items in after the rodents tear them up I have never had to say anything bad ever but that was everything our family owned and it now all garbage so we get to start all over now
